What being a manager is all about, and how to do it...
Sht! I'm a manager!:
- Working out what you want staff to do
- Telling them what is it so they can do it
- Making sure they are still doing it
-Working out how to do it better next time
Apparently, if you get to stage 3 you are doing well. Stage 4 is like a besuited version of nirvana. Not the band.
